1996)....Seems like it was released earlier than that. The PDR says copyright 1996. Then it would be 2011 or so before Glaxo is done bleeding us dry. My pharmacy bill was over $200.00 a month or so ago for Maxalt, Sansert and Fiorinal. A 1 to 3 week supply depending on how many headaches and what medication I had taken. Insurance or no insurance I always BEG as many samples as I can from the Doctor's office. I give them my list and say Trick-or-Treat!! Why not? He has drawer's and closet's full of samples!! The drug rep's stock him up very well.
Question? Why is Sansert which was released in approxametely 1960 still about $2.00 a pill?
No generic is available. It is said because it is not prescribed much. A generic codeine and aspirin pill is about $10.00 for 60. 60 generic Fiorinal and Codeine are about $55.00....Figure that one.
