Sorry to hear you had to come looking for relief for your pain. IMHO it does not sound like you have cluster headaches. What you have, I don't know. The reason for not thinking you have clusters is because of your description of sleeping with/through the headache. If it were a true cluster headache you wouldn't/couldn't sleep with/through them. A kip 2 or 3 is enough to wake a Clusterhead from a sound sleep. Also clusters don't hang around for hours or days at a time. They come on very quickly, from zero to full blown in 10 minutes or less, then will stay at peek level for 30 minutes to 2 or 3 hours and quickly disappear.
I've never had migraines but maybe someone else here can help with that theory. Hope you find the cause and treatment of your pain
