I have used it , and it works good, if you take it in time, before you get to far into the attack. It is also good because it lasts for say 12 hours. I would use it every day but it comes 9 pills to a pack which is like 150 bucks, so that is out for a daily prevention. Watch out for sinus,try using a nasal spray if you get dried up(that is one of the warnings on the info sheet that comes with the Amerge).
