There are two main chat rooms available.
One is at this site, follow the links to the left, but you have to wait while it loads - can be quite slow. (I am reliably informed by an Italian friend - ciao Riccardo - that firewalls and other things can prevent it working.)
The second, and busier, is at headachesupportgroups.com, for which follow this link: chat. This is busier, but can be a little irreverent (hi folks - nothing personal).
There are others at individuals' sites, including (wait for the plug) UKCH, but that does not yet have a regular clientele (unless you care to become a visitor!), and you might need to e-mail someon and arrange a time!
