I have had cluster headaches for 30 years and 2 years ago they were the worst and I am in my 6th week of a cycle right now. I too, have never felt like this before. Two years ago i woke up several mornings very nausious, I couldn't shake that feeling and I have had it this time also. I use to feel sick when I had the cluster but never after and now the clusters just seem to turn into migranes and I feel completely nausious. It seems they are very different this time which makes me nervous because I don't know what their plan is. Two years ago I got insomnia from them because I feared going to sleep and I became sick to my stomach and then thought I had an ulcer from nerves. I was a mess and this time I have been trying to keep calm but when you feel so sick it is so hard. Hang in there and know that you are not alone!
