You do not mention the use of oxygen. It does help a lot of people who visit this site. Read up on it. You might want to try, for with the water trick it is the least medical of all treatments. Make sure you get the right sort of valve and breathing mask. If you are interested, ask a specific question and somebody knowledgeable will certainly reply.
