Flash's dosage recommendation is for psilocybe semilanceata (Liberty Cap) mushrooms ONLY. Liberty Cap mushrooms are quite small and tend to be fairly uniform in size and weight. This is NOT true with other species.
For those using other species, particularly psilocybe cubensis, psilocybe carulescens, psilocybe cyanescens, or psilocybe azurescens, dosage should be determined by the weight of the mushrooms, not by the number of mushrooms. This is due to the extreme variation in size of the individual specimens of these other species.
