Had 2-3 days of die off effect. Since then I have been feeling alittle better every day. The headaches are all Kip3- and fading fast, this may not be connected though. My poop shute has been a lot better though, and the symtoms of IBS are much improved. The hearing in my left ear seems to be a little better, as does the sight in my left eye. Nasal infection also seems improved. In general I would say that I WAS depressed and had been for so long I hadn't realised it. I'm not sure if I still am. Sounds stupid but it's true. Living without sugar is tricky but I'm coping.
The progress is not dramatic - but for once everything is improving at the same time. I will know better in a couple of weeks.
