Don't ever let me hold a hot iron to my head during an attack! The extreme hot or cold water is a recurring theme in postings on this page. Wierd how individual responses to the two extremes are a relief. I do ice, maybe the whole thing is related to Doc Gregg's posting about multiple sources of pain...scaled down a bit.
