Unfortunately water dosen't do the trick for me as far as CH is concerned.
As a norm a I drink upwards of a gallon cold water everyday, I love the stuff.
Only bad thing is that I pee alot, I can live with that as the other effects
far out weigh the freqeunt unloading.
Oxygen will usually slam the door on a CH if I catch it in time, although I must
say that at night it hasn't been working as well for me lately. Probably getting
worn out and not waking up as early as I should to abort it. Then I rely on Imitrex
which has never failed me yet!
