i have been flip flopped on these drugs as well as maxalt the reason for doing so was to alleviate a tolerance to one triptan drug or the other. also while imitrex tends to work faster amerge tends to work longer the serious disadvantage is that none of the drugs in this family are meant to be taken for more than 3 days in a week.
