I disagree. My father and I both have clusters and we both take vicodin. I also have occasional migraines. I think that Imitrex works best, but I also take vicodin. It blankets the pain. My doctor doesn't want me to take Imitrex everyday during a cycle so I alternate between the two. When I take it, my dosage is two Vicodin ES, maybe thats why it works.
