I personally like Zomig over Imitrex. But understand in my house I have scripts for Zomig, Imitrix, and Migrinol. I prefer to use Zomig because I have less of a rebound effect with the Zomig(10mg) then the Imitrex(50mg) pills. But what I am finding is that the times when the Zomig doesn't work I am left with no alternative but narcotics. With Imitrex when it doesn't work you can always try the injection and see if that helps. With Migranol they can use DHE by IV if the Migranol fails to abort. Currently the only thing they seem to have if Zomig fails to abort is narcotic shots. However, I have found that zomig tends to be very realiable, as reliable as imitrix in aborting headaches. Also everytime I have gotten a script filled they mail me a cupon to mail into them money off next script. I like that. They also have free dispensers. etc. etc. Try it. You might like it. Good luck!
