This might sound bizarre, but it does work to ease the demon

Greetings and Health to all who suffer the demon's wrath. I have been a ch sufferer for only 10 year now, (going on 11), and I've tried just about every pill medication the doctors wanted to "try" against this condition. However, when the periodic went to chronic and I started getting between 6-11 headaches per day (all throughout the day) I lost my framing job, my insurance, and any hope of trying to keep up with this (with a doctor keeping notes).
Since I could no longer get the pills I hated "trying" anyway, I had to come up with another solution to ease the agony or face the fact that I might inadvertently crack my own skull open from banging my head with objects or walls.
I've found something that really works to ease the attacks as well as shorten their duration. It sounds weird, yes, but it works so I'm presenting it here for all just in case there are any out there who are like me without insurance or hope of medical treatment.
When an attack starts, I take a common baseball cap with an adjustable hatband and put it on to where it fits one notch beyond "snug". Then, since I have the tool and not the device, I use a pad-sander (without sandpaper...just the fuzzy pad) and apply it to the side the demon is torturing me on.
Because of the vibration, as well as the slight constriction from the hat, the attacks don't last more than 15 minutes.
If there are those with similar "tools" or that have the money to go out and get a massage device, this method of dealing with the demon does work for me. It might help others who know it too.
Hey, it's better than taking pills, and worrying about all of those side-effects, right?
I hope this helps. Take care to all of you in my "extended family".
