Hub is our punching ball man here (really a clever and caring person, but don't tell him!)
We are used to make continuous jokes about him.
I want to tell the truth, because another newbie, some times ago, was really upset by the treatment we reserve to the poor Hub. (but, believe me, is all a joke)
Oh, BTW, and I am italian, and my english is not good for this meaning, not 'cause I'm everytime drunk....
