There is no Hub. He is a character made up by drummer, Bob P, Jack, and others to amuse themselves and visitors to the MB. They have succeeded in amusing me for a long time. They put a picture of him on the board once or twice.
They even put in a post by him sometimes to lend credibility to his existence.
