I've been taking Topiramate for about a month now. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have done anything to help my CH problem but I have heard encouraging reports about its effectiveness in other cases. I was warned about potential side effects - in particular the possibility of 'muddled thinking' but as you can tell from this posting there's absolutely nothing wrong with my procal verbessing.
