Let us know if you have any problems using the credit card payment method - I didn't, but I know others have, and we don't want to discourage people by a minor administrative problem.
We're going to set up a UK account in the near future, but don't hold your breath for my organisational capacity on that - virtually no time off that co-incides with UK banking hours!!
