I live in Austria/Europe an have the cluster since 2 and a halve years. My doc gave me oxygen 8 weeks ago and also nimotop (for a better circulation in my brain) The attackes decreased from daily to one time a week. (when I drink alcohol). In the case of an attack (95% between 2 and 3 o'clock p.m. 5 minutes breath with 6l/min. helps.
