Click on the search button in the top right hand corner of the window. Enter:

"Flash"

OR

"pinksharkmark"

OR

"shroom"

OR

"LSD"

Into the search box. There must be a couple of hundred posts with the information that you may find useful. Shrooms acts as both a preventative, and are also able to abort the cycle.
