I got diagnosed bp about six months ago. It was one of the worst things that has happened to me so far in life. I thought at 23 my life was really on halt but lithium has helped me. I haven't had a manic eposide since taking lithium. I have been sleeping better at night and now I think I can fight this bipolar disorder thing. Lithium has helped get my life back I feel.
