I agre with this assessment. I had my first cluster attack in 1956. It wasn’t until 1986 - a full thirty years later! - that I finally found a doctor who didn’t snicker when I tried to describe to him the horror of going to bed feeling perfectly normal, only to wake up nearly screaming in agony a couple of hours later. “Well, I’ve never heard of anything like that!” was about the most useful comment that I could get. It was a relief just to find out that these hellish headaches have a name.
