I am not a doctor but some had said I had cluster headaches in the past and now I found out that I have tension headaches. The symptons are the same as clusters. I have been put on 75mg of Nortriptyline (antidepressant) along with midrin and it seems to be helping. Ask your doctor. My neighbor and friend is taking 100mg and have been for 10 years, she said it really works also.
