I answer your [email] regarding the activity of the League Italian Cefalalgici. This is an Organization not Gainful of Social operational Utility on national circle. Is federated to the World Headache Alliance (www.w-h-a.org) and has supported the last international initiative of the World Headache Awareness Month, initiative that has seen busy the League Italian Cefalalgici for get a better information toward the patients and a better orientation in the therapies. Following footstep is the old and never abandoned plan of recognition of the headaches- and above all of the cluster headache, particularly of the chronic form- of illness to tall percentage of personal and social disability. A recent objective reached has stayed the positioning of the Imigran vials in class A, therefore without share to the expense.
Our Organization is fully grown from patients and from experienced of the sector, it is about to launch the country of national adhesion for the 2000 in concomitance of the end of this year. It is foreseen for the beginnings of the 2001 the launching of an informative organ for the patients is papery that electronic.
