I have been prescribed the preventative Sanomigran by my GP. I have never had this before, and was told to start taking it when I feel a cluster starting, and keep taking them every day until they've gone.
I have had shadow headaches a few times in the last fortnight, and think they're building up to a proper cluster. However, I always try to convince myself this isn't happening until I get a proper one.
I have 2 Qs:
-will the effectiveness of the Sanomigran be affected if I delay taking it until I start the cluster proper?
-if it works, how will I know when to stop taking it?
Keeping fingers crossed it will work. Advice welcomed
