It's a test to see if you are over infected with Candida. When you go to bed, place a glass of water on the nightstand. When you wake up, hoark up a big one and spit it into the glass of water. If it stays together in one big glob like a good greeny should, then you're ok. If it spreads over the surface of the water, like foam on a fire, then you may be infected with Candida. It's a check for yeast or something like that.
Or you can just pull up the picture page, enlarge the one of hub and spit at it!
I prefer the 2nd test.

BTW - of course this is only pertinant if you think that Candida may be involve in CH.
