Lifetime of cycles?

I've suffered CH's for about 15 years and am in the middle of yet another cycle. Trying to be an optimist in the face of the beast, I'd like to think that one day I'll "outgrow" these clusters. I don't recall hearing of anyone in their 70's or 80's that are suffering from CH's. Am I just being naive or is there hope that an end will come eventually?

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and PFD's to all.
