I have been searching for things that I should be
aware of. I have been getting a lot of signals from
the beast that my remission of 2 years is going to
come to an end. Any thing like your suggestion is
welcomed. I have my trusty Migranol, it works for
me, handy where ever I go. I have tried the pills
and none of them worked so it is nasal spray or
nothing at this point. I like to think that I control
my life, but the beast seems to leave me desperate,
and that is a damn uncomfortable feeling.
It is very nice to know that there are folks out
there who understand and are so supportive. I know
that there are some real horror stories to be heard
by the chronics but no matter how bad mine can get
the beast is not totally running my life and I pray
that it stays that way. The beast was active for
two years and dormant for two years with me. Y'all
are a great help out here and I am going to keep
checking the mail a couple of times a day for more
good advice.
