How many people are doing this diet and are taking Nystatin or other med. to treat the yeast? I know I read something about Flash, but are there others too? I'd like to get some information on how Flash and others are doing with it. I attempted to do this last year with a holistic approch. I could not follow the strict diet without becoming sick from no sugar. Thats when I became aware how serious my addiction was. I would like to give it another try under a doctors supervision this time. Where do you find a doc. to perscribe the necessary medications to treat this? How do you people deal without the sugar? How soon before you start feeling better on the diet?
