the comment about no meds means no cholesterol medication or high blood pressure medication or the like. So my point was that one can remain relatively healthy and avoid chronic illness while being a long term clusterhead.
As far as cluster meds - my first 15 years were unmedicated - I have since used verapamil with great success. There are cluster sufferers who have endured clusters without meds for an entire lifetime.
