I have a variation on the Devil's Shadow. Between cycles, which seem to come every two years, I have continuous annoying to pretty bad pain right at the center of my cluster spot. However, during a cluster cycle (I think it's just about over this time--going into 9th week) I don't notice the shadow between attacks. Maybe it's a relative thing: compared to a fearsome attack the usual shadow pales.
