Could you tell me if there is a doc in Memphis, TN in that book? I'm going to my ENT friday..gonna mention it to him (been on antibiotics for months..no fix). You said you were passing out from that diet...are you diabetic/have hyperthyriodism or anything? Or heck..just plain skinny?? I'm a little worried about going on that diet because I'm betting the same thing is going to happen to me. My metabolism is through the roof and I can hardly keep up with it as it is!
