Just wanted to say thanks to all who replied to my posting. I think I will try one med at a time and if the xylocaine works then I will reconsider the surgery. I'm just nervous that it could cause damage to facial muscles etc. With my left eye almost always shut and teary from the clusters I don't need a completely saggy left side of my face...LOL Thanks again for all your help!
