My headaches are often triggered by smells. The room deodorizer section of the supermarket is a major one. Other smells that bother me are;
scented candles and incence
many types of perfumes
exhaust fumes
and the wierdest one of all is pineapple cooking (eating it gives me a cluster too) regular "raw" pineapple doesn't bother me but if it is cooking on a ham or pizza or in a pineapple sauce it will instantly give me a h/a. Hope this helps!
