thanks for the response, my first course at the ciro left me pain free (almost) for a year.
my second course had a much reduced affect no long term relief just overall relief.
what is important was that i am now able to "stretch" out my neck as if i am putting my head on my shoulder and make it "click" this has the affect of stopping the headache before it gets too bad.
not a true cure but it does add alot of relief
