Tell that so called "TMJ Specialist" to put the mold where the sun doesn't shine. TMJ and cluster headaches have nothing to do with each other. The "Specialist" is a crook that should be reported to your local Dental Control Board. There's no way I'd ever pay for a bad diagnosis. Listen to your Neuro and find another dentist.
