I too had a supervisor that had no idea what we go through, his reasoning was that
"he never had a headache in his life" so he had no clue! I "made" him understand by
finding info on the subject and asking him read it, and he did which really suprized me.
At first he was hesitant to work with me but after I threatened to find a new job he made
an effort to work with me on it.
My suggestion is to print out some of the info you find under the buttons to the left because
there is alot of good stuff there (more than I had to deal with 10 years ago)
and at least try to show it to your boss and ask him/her to read it.
This might not do the trick but it is worth a try. Also, you could try to get him/her to visit
this web site, if it don't sink after that you are better off finding a different job.
I know, it's easier said than done, but it is possible that your job stress IS part or your
problem as well!
