Thanks so much for all the advise you guys have given me. For once I atleast feel someone understands. I love my job and do not want to go on disability. But I can't keep swithching shifts as the clusters get worse. I work for the State so there is no union to back me. But I plan to take it further as was suggested. Thanks again.
