Topamax has helped some of us; ask your doctor. Verapamil may need to be 480mg or higher per day, and drink LOTS of water. Try staying away from sugar and starches; large meals, and try for higher protein, smaller meals just to see if this helps you. And, as Den says, Oxygen is the best way to abort a CH.
