Water for the preventative (you can read about Water X 3 to the left of this board)? Paxil, lithium, Topomax, Sansert or a cocktail of any of the three as a preventative? What about psilocibin mushrooms (run a search from the top of the page for that) as a preventative?
Again, if you tell us what you have tried for the prophylactic and the abortive it will be easier to help you out.
