I think you'll find lots of folks do have these lumps somewhere on their necks. (Otherwise known as ganglion lumps). They do seem to inflame during a cycle, and especially during an attack. So far, we haven't heard of anyone that's found that these lumps are any cause for concern, but they definitely are a commonality amongst sufferers.
