I was convinced that beer was a trigger for my cluster headaches. Not drinking beer did not mean I would not get a headache but when I did have a beer my headache was sure to come. My period for headaches was generally November through to February. I have not had a cluster headache for two seasons now because I read somewhere that My clusters may be caused by "Seasonal Affective disorder". So all winter long I attempt to get outside at noon when the sun is the highest to get some daylight. I generally walk for up to one hour(I lost 13 pounds the first year) and have not suffered a cluster headache since February 98.
