You didn't say where you were, but I just had the rhizotomy and I haven't had a HA in 9 days.
Think VERY carefully before you have any type of surgery. There are side effects you really need to consider. You sound (from what you said)like you are about 20ish. Remember you'll have to live with this decision the rest of your life.
