Didn't think about that, but I bet they don't!! Well here's what I bought..a couple of no-no's too..
fake pasta made with corn flower(no-no?), spinach, beet, and red bell pepper / raw sunflower seeds / raw pumpkin seeds (tastes like poo, but come to think of it, I think it's okay if they're roasted!)/ sugar free cookies- partially a nono since one of them is made with oats and wheat flower / quinoa / brown rice / grapeseed oil (I figure it might be good for me since grapeseed extract is on the list of supplements to take) /'Pumpkorn'...it's pumpkin seeds flavored all kinds of different ways...I got curry / fresh spinach, summer squash, green beans, onions / fake cheese- made with soy / soy milk / plain yogurt and frozen strawberries- I guess the yogurt is bad, being dairy, but the active cultures have always helped me anyway. / Last of all..brown rice snaps. Taste like those communion wafer things / sea salt

That's it! It took me an hour and I don't even like all of it. Ah well...it's all organic. If you have a Wild Oats near you, check it out. Oh and as for the whole grains like brown rice and quinoa...you're not supposed to have those until three weeks into the diet. Tough noogies..I gotta eat! Okay, that's two longies from me in a row..gonna stop now! Good luck..
