I watched them yank out a gall blader on the tube the other day. Made it look easy. Poked a couple of those tubes through the skin, stuck the instruments down the tubes, put a couple of staples between the g-bladder and whatever it's attached to, cut in between the two staples and out she came.
You'll be back in no time.
