Here's a quote someone passed along to me about the drug site:
"These side effects pose a risk not only to the patient, but to others who
may be injured if a patient is impaired by the medication or behaves
irresponsibly. In addition, such side effects as constipation, nausea,
itching, and urinary retention may make opioid medications difficult to
tolerate."

In addition, you keep bringing up chronic pain. For the most part, clusterheadaches are not chronic pain. They are bouts of acute pain. I still agree with Todd, don't just deaden the nerve, treat the cause of the pain.
