Once you admit to using Narcotic in the Medical community you are Labled "Drug Addict" and you have to fight that shadow off before you can be taken seriously about your Health Problems.
There is always the underlying aspect of Drug Addiction or Dependency brought into play before any other criteria is considered realivant! Pappy
