I used to feel CH attacks coming on just about every day when I left work. I'd go from the building to the parking lot... and feel the shadows. Then the beast would hit me full force while I was driving home 15 miles (I don't think I ever ran anybody off the road or hit anyone?). I always thought maybe the change in weather (inside to outside) was the trigger... but probably not...it hasn't happened again like that in 3-4 years. Now they're usually at night.
