I've been getting CH for 15 years the only thing I've found for me is prednizone. This year for me has been much worse then the past years even with the med that I started 4 years ago. I'm not sure wear your live I live in the U.S.A. in Ohio the wheather here just seems like it just won't change to winter it's just going back and forth. Posibly I think this year is bad becouse of the atomsphere. GOOD LUCK hope it helps.
