I too get CH from some physical activity. After making Love is really bad. It makes for some lonely nights and cold showers they're not only to relive the CH and not only for me but my poor husband too. Other triggers for me are smells of all kinds. Those really set me off. Also some foods. I hope your cycle ends soon. Paula
